Andy’s Auto Body and Paint LLC FAQ
Q: My Insurance Company lists you as a preferred auto body and paint shop. What do I do next?
A: The next step is for us to inspect your car. If it is not driveable, we can tow it in for you. Then we will inspect your car and compose an accurate computerized estimate for you. And if you like, our auto body and paint shop can also submit the estimate to your insurance company and notify you once it’s been approved.
Q: Who pays the tow charge?
A: The insurance Company that is responsible for covering your repairs pays for the tow charge.
Q: My car is my baby. How do I know I’m getting the best service?
A: We baby all of the cars and trucks we work on and we understand the connection between car and driver, too. As well, our auto body and paint shop repair technicians are thoroughly trained in auto-manufacturer specified repair requirements and they are also I-CAR trained and ASE certified. This ensures that you get high-quality auto body repairs by knowledgeable auto body and paint professionals.
Q: I see that you guarantee your work. What kind of guarantee is it?
A: We provide you with a written lifetime guarantee that covers all of the auto body and paint repairs done at our shop.
Q: Can my Insurance Company require me to bring my car to their Claims Center for an estimate?
A: No. You are completely in your right to have your vehicle repaired at the shop of your choosing.
Q: Does Andy’s Auto Body and Paint use original equipment parts or after-market parts?
A: We always strive to use only factory parts for all of our auto repairs. Your Insurance Company, however, may only pay for after market, rebuilt, or recycled parts. Feel free to ask us exactly what your Insurance Company will cover.
Q: How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
A: We pride ourselves on completing your auto repairs on time or earlier. However, the exact length of time is always determined by the extent of your vehicle’s body and paint damage. When we prepare your free auto repair estimate, we will let you know how long it will take to repair your car or truck. And we’ll remain in touch with you throughout the repair process and notify you if there is any change in the original time estimate.
